Jim and Mary have been good friends since I built a hardware store for Jim about nine years ago. Jim retired from the hardware business and began to spend much time in the mountains trout fishing. Soon he was looking for a piece of property in those mountains complete with trout stream. Housing soon became the next requirement after the land purchase. Jim looked at stick built homes, double wides, modulars, and quite a few log homes for that special pinnacle that he and Mary had bought. Jim, an engineer and very analytical, chose us and our homes over his other options. It is obvious from the photos that their choice will be a very comfortable place to get away to and an investment with an ever increasing value.
