We are currently involved with the construction of our new model in the OLDE RIVER CLUB gated community in Sparta, N. C. The Olde River Club is a well-designed gated community on the New River. All lots are about two acres, all with river views in addition to the mountain views. The community is very spacious with only twenty lots on one hundred sixty acres. All open spaces are common areas for the owners including a paved street to the frontage on the river. All streets are paved with street lights.
