Custom plans, when building any kind of structure, are far more than a floor plan layout. With the open structural system of a log home several problems are magnified if there is a lack of total proper planning. When one takes a look at standard log home plans one will notice right away that the majority have no provision for heating and air conditioning duct work to the second floor. One can assume that provisions for hiding plumbing and electrical have also been overlooked. Shown in this section of our site are a number of custom home plans. Some of these plans have been built, others have not at this point; however, total planning has been completed for all. You will find photos of some in our photo gallery. Others will be added as we continue to build our web site.
