This is a long overdue note of thanks for the great job you and your company did in building our new 97,000 sq ft. showroom, headquarters and warehouse facility on North Regional Road in Greensboro.

Working with you has never been less than pleasant, efficient and helpful. You always have done everything you promised, and then some. Your suggestions were always helpful and constructive, and your close work with the architect, Alfred Davis, helped us end up with a better building, on time, and actually under budget.

We complicated things by bringing in many of our own subcontractors in the finish and up fit area, and you were helpful and patient in working with them. Your planning meeting with all the subs and our own planners and designers gained us valuable time, prevented problems, and gave us a good sense of our progress (and problems) early enough to overcome any obstacles.

The net result is a building that exceeded our admittedly high expectations. It is very attractive and very functional, and a very nice facility for our company. I would be delighted to discuss our experience with any prospective customer you might have, and would be happy to show it of to them.
